Allen Springer.  Great job of matching original patterns and quick turn-around time.

Examples of his work he's done for me:

I’ve used Wyoming Armory for many of my color casings the last few years. Very good colors, reasonable prices and fast turn around. Al is good too.

Turnbull, spendier but does quality work, Wyoming Armory. The old Classic Guns in Crete Illinois produced lots of colors.  The new owner advertises in the Journal as Viktors Legacy.

I've used Al Springer for many years. Fast turn around, wonderful workmanship, and best pricing around. His turn around time is always faster if you do the prep work prior to sending things to him.

As usual in this discussion, will suggest Mike Hunter.

Nothing wrong with any of the other suggestions, just like Mike's style of casehardening.

First gun is by Al Springer.

Second is by Bill Graham at Nice Old Doubles in North Carolina.

Last is the Cyanide process by C-Sharps

We are so fortunate in our small segment of the firearms industry to have so many top quality experts such as Mike, Al, Keith and the others mentioned! Mike’s work with metal is art!
