Checkering stocks

I have completed the wood for my Borchardt project and have been thinking of having some simple checkering done. Is there anyone that does this now? I have an old set of Gun line checkering tools and have been playing with them but I wouldn't dare try anything on my new expensive wood so if I can find someone to do it for me that would be the ticket.

I have a lady here in Missouri who has done many for me.  She does excellent work and her prices are very reasonable.  If you would like her contact info, PM your phone number to me and I'll text you her contact info and pictures of some of her checkering.
