ASSRA Match Rules - Bullets and Rifles

Looking for rule clarifications. New to this discipline.

ASSRA match rules require lead bullets. Do coated lead bullets such as those sold by Missouri Bullet Company or ACME meet this requirement? Rule seems to focus on precluding gas checks and metallic jackets.
Section 2.01 - Bullets must be of lead or lead alloy…

Can Thompson Center single shot break action rifles be used in an ASSRA match (other than in the Traditional Class)?

As far as the powder coating, I was told the bullets must be bare lead, with no coating of any kind. That may be a "spirit of the rule" though as I don't think they have been updated for powder coating, which is fairly new for shooting

Thompson Center break actions are fine. The coated bullets are not.

I don't know who told you they had to be bare lead; materials like Lee liquid alox are allowed. What is not allowed is the plastic/polymer/powder coat stuff.
