As I recall, Tom says that he doesn't take phone calls. I think he says that on the website.

I heard through the grapevine that Tom has "officially" retired, and that he had recently sold the company and had been staying on as an advisor while the newbies get acclimated. Not from the horse's mouth, so to speak. Perhaps if that were the case there's changes being orchestrated with the website?

I hope the doors are open, My mold that just arrived is bored undersized, so either wrong  or "they" sent the wrong one. I hate it when there is no correspondence available to resolve a issue. That said it is a fine looking iron mold, just wrong.
