Bullet Seater Identification

I picked up these three bullet seaters at a recent estate sale.  Up until this happened, I did not know they existed, or this was a method of loading, which I'm not contemplating, but will likely never use.  I plan on selling them but would like to figure out what they were for and who may have made them.  No idea of value either, as they seem rare as hens teeth.  These looked like they could be made by Russ Weber, but minimal comps for reference.  Any help is appreciated.  Bullet diameter is approximately .30, .31, and .32".  Case lengths are 1.8", 2.05", and 2.13" with a base diameter of approximately .41" by Thanks in advance.

I have a bullet seater like that for my CPA in 25 20ss. I don't use it, it's easier to use a plugged case instead of fiddle around with that thing.

The center one looks like a Weber.  That is the handle style he used.  They typically sell for around $200

not sure its a weber, Russ's were a little better on finish, but its definetly at least a copy of a weber.

The punches on the pivot pin are common on most Weber seater that I have seen.  Here is a Weber Sharps Borchart which has a nose end like the top one in the OP's photo.
