Pedersoli 1874 roll stamp?

I am being offered a 1874 that is supposed to be a Pedersoli... 

Does Pedersoli roll stamp their name on their rifles? I'm thinking it's an Armi.

Mine is roll stamped on side of barrel right in front of receiver 
On the 45 degree flat

Pedersoli Stamps all their guns! They also a have build date code.

Importer/Mfg.name usually stamped on top of  the barrel,Pedersoli name may  be underside barrel. Date code is  on the reciever.Your picture shows  "BM", that makes it 1999

Edit- the ASM guns I've handled have a safety by the firing  pin on the block.
