Hoffman arms striker 22

This is from a potpourri of single shot rifles and actions by Frank DeHass . Has anyone seen one of these ? Perhaps own one of these? I would be very interested in some pictures of the internals. It’s a longshot I know, but thought I would try.

Rodney,
I believe this rifle was a 1 off.  It was built in 1925 as a target rifle but the trend was all bolt guns after the war.
This rifle in your add showed up in a GunBroker auction in 2001 and was bought by Michael Petrov from Anchorage, AK.  The rifle was in rough shape and Michael restored it and chronicled it on the double gun shop site:

Unfortunately, the pictures disappeared with the Photobucket debacle.  I contacted Michael asking him to post pictures of the action disassembled but he had already sold the rifle and I've never heard of the rifle surfacing again.

Thanks for the information. I kind of suspected it might’ve been a one off. I just really like the looks of it. A nice compact action with a pistol grip loop lever. Perhaps it’ll pop up again one day.

Note that in the cited discussion, Mr. Petrov states he knows of three Hoffman Arms single shots, though the one he's restoring is the first he's actually seen.

My bad, it's been over 20 years since I read the thread.  I sure hope one surfaces.

I don't know where the Hoffman ended up after Michael's death.  I've dumped my old Amoskeag catalogs, so don't even have that write up on the rifle (assuming it was part of that sale).
