I have one with 34” barrel in 45-70 and is very accurate.
I did replace sights , hoke on rear and lee shaver on front.
Shoots better than I can hold. Although I have not shot it past 300 yards yet. It does not have the wood fitting as good as my Shiloh
But it was only 1400.00 dollars when I got it. But up to 300 yards it will hold up to the Shiloh and my browning 1885 in 40-65

I know of two rifles and they both are capable match shooters. Can’t say that for all Pedersoli barrels as I had a 1874 Sharps the barrel was rough as a cob. My suggestion would be to inspect the barrels interior finish with a bore scope before purchasing.

Can't agree more when it comes to Pedersoli Sharps. If possible should shoot it before buying to make sure it functions correctly. Bunch of their 1874's made it out the door with percussion levers.

My wife shoots one in 45-70 for BPCR Silhouette and really likes it. I worked up loads and it's very accurate. The only half-complaint is the trigger is crazy heavy when setting it, but is great once set. The only thing I wish was different was that the set trigger was thicker. The little blade tends to make your finger sore after a long day
