JOHN:
A lot of guys are practicing the operation of producing 25 RF cartridges.   I'm really pleased that you are planning to make RF cartridges instead of messing up a nice old rifle by converting to another caliber.

Two options:   One is to use some 22RF Magnum or something like that as single use cases (or reload them with kits to re-prime RF cases) or else make cases out of, e.g. 25-20CF and chamber the head of the case for a RF primer of some kind. I have used cut-off 22LR cartridges.  Some use 22 RF blanks of some kind.

You'll get a lot of more specific advice, and have as much fun making the ctgs as you do shooting the rifle.   My 25 RF Stevens 44 1/2 is deadly accurate == has made 1.5" group at 200 yd.

If you are willing to put forth the effort, reloadable .25 Stevens rimfire can be made from .22 Hornet brass. I've made a 2 part video that shows the process.

If for some reason you just want to have original .25 rim fire cartridges, I have some.
However in the long run you would be much better served using Steve's process for making your own.
