Hi Ron,

Yes.  You will get a renewal notice in the mail.  I mail all the renewal notices about middle of the month for the next month.  Example:  yesterday I mailed out all the memberships expiring in July 2023.  I should also note that we only send one notice.

Mike,

Great, one less thing I have to try and keep track of.

Just a suggestion though, have you thought about sending out notices by email, maybe the month before?  It would give members a chance to renew online and save the ASSRA the postage, mailer costs, and some of your time.

Best I can do to answer and reply is that, although it seems so simple, it is much much much easier said than done.  Someday.  It is on my wish list believe me.

Fair enough, I do have a fair understanding of setting up a system like that and a lot would depend on what you have to start with.

Out of professional (retired) curiosity, what do you use to track memberships/subscriptions and do your mailing list?
