Good timing!  Earlier this spring I finish making a new barrel for one of my Cadet actions using a TJ's liner, chambered for 357 Mag with a 1:16 twist.  One of the bullets I tested last week was the 180gr XTP, and the two best loads were 14.5gr of LilGun and 11.8gr of 2400.  Try the 125gr Berry's plated bullets too.  They shot pretty well for me using 7.2g of HS6 and 16.8gr of IMR4198

Good luck!.

Those loads tally closely to what I was doing with a .357 Magnum Cadet.
