Thanks for the comments. Made a mistake and gouged the right front of the receiver. Took it to a poor TIG welder to repair. Now have blow holes in place of the gouge.

DB, Nice cheekpiece. Also like the molding behind the pistol grip but am chicken to try it.
Good thoughts. The extractor tends to bend when pressure is applied. Will try to add some support for the tail end of the extractor.

GT, Agree on the price of silver solder but we need it.

Vall, Wood work is not my favorite thing but will try it. Will miss you guys at Greeley.
