I received an odd email from Kermit asking if I shop on amazon, no preamble or anything else, just 

"HeIIo, sorry to bother you, do you shop on Amazo n? "

(Copy and pasted exactly as received)
I have been in email contact with him before and he was very friendly and promptly answered my questions, so I was wondering if this is a legitimate email or not. The addressees are "undisclosed recipients " . If it is him I would like to help him with any queries, but don’t want to reply to any scammers

Compose an email to him and ask if he sent it. Don't reply to the email in question.

I was going to , but can’t find the email I sent to him originally, it may be on my old computer that I’ll need the wife to find( she’s the tech wiz in this house) and she’s sleeping at the moment ( she’s not been well)
