You received an email notification that you have a new Personal Message waiting for you on the forum.

The notification emails used to actually deliver the message also, but too many people would just hit reply on the email, which would send the reply to me instead of the whomever sent the original message. The disclaimer was added to tell people they had to use the forum to read and reply to the PM but it did not help much. So we removed the message content from the notification, just leaving the disclaimer, which is what you received.
