Finally, they are doing this! It's been kicked around for years. Two problems. First, I sold my hunting ground a while back. Second problem is there is no published data on factory loads for several of the cartridges I would want to use.

When I hunted in Africa it was interesting to read what the Photo Safari operators and clients said about proposals to increase the fees to match the hunters costs.  Zimbabwe said that the Photo clients did not think they should have to pay, since they did not kill anything.
Uncle Bob told them that their safaris were incompatible with us, since they wanted special areas set aside.  The native conservancies also did not receive any monies or meat from the harvests.
