Been to Roans more than once. They've been having good gun auctions for as long as I can remember. My first visit was way back in the early 1970's when they sold the collection of a country doctor who often took payment in the way of whatever old unwanted gun the family had in the closet. First time I saw a Sharps rifle close up. And there were hi walls and lo walls and rolling blocks galore. Don't remember the prices other than they went for way more than I could afford at the time.

They will get a good price on this one.

The big thing is the sights which appear to be correct. Almost always the bores are perfect. Those old Germans took care of their rifles. It would be chambered for the 8.15x46 R. Shows better quality engraving than normally found. I would bet $2000 to $3000. Would like to know what type of Martini it is.
