If that's an original, it is in good shape for a carbine. Lots of really nice rifles around, few carbines are pristine.


Warren is shooting fixed ammunition loaded to duplicate the ballistics of the original Frankford Arsenal carbine rounds.

He absolutely, positively, and without question will not breech seat!  He thinks its dangerous.  What you see is Warren's only bench setup.  No fancy stuff for him.

My match 45-70 was 30" and hunting rifle was 28" barrels.

Kudo's to the gent with the trapdoor for using the GI issue musette bag. My dad's is always part of my kit. As far as barrel length? Use whatever trips your trigger!! Cheesy
