I did go ahead and buy the Miller-F Farrow rifle.  It is leaning up against a bookcase here as I type.  From loading data in a couple reloading manuals I have, it looks like I can safely push the Hornady 200gr about 2800fps.

Wyoming Armory still has it up for sale on their website.
