I'm converting this little boy's rifle from .25 RF to .22 RF.  I've bought and fitted a new extractor but I'm unsure about the relief cut in the extractor where the firing pin strikes - like how deep it should be and how far down it should extend.  Any advice would be most welcome.  Thanks in advance,

Regards,
Joe

I would say roughleepy. 030 deep and about. 050 down, that should give plenty of clearance.
