The chamber can be sleeved and rechambered. The extractor may have to be built up with weld and machined back to the correct shape. It can be put right.

I took the gun with me to the Clubs indoor pistol range tonight. I figured something out. If after I open the lever I give it one more hard down pull and then ease up the ejector snap foreword. It makes a sound somewhat like a martini International when it ejects. Still had to pull them out with my fingernail but nothing stuck in the chamber even eley tenex. I put a couple of pieces of tape up and shot a couple of 5 shot groups off hand. This is at 50' and my off hand is a bit off but I'm reasonably happy with the way the gun is handling.

Here is a picture of 2 cases extracted from the rifle and you could see how the back of the rim flows at an angle. Also the 2 groups I shot offhand.

Do as was suggested earlier and just line the chamber and rechamber.

Im.going to take it outdoors in good light today at 50 yards with a variety of ammo.
If I can get it to group acceptably I'll leave it alone an accept its idiosyncrasies.
I have CPA's ,Martini's and Ballard .22 match rifles when I get serious.this one I just need to function  properly for walking varmint hunting.the main issue is I figured out the extractor problem.

Since the chamber and rim recess un-attenuated by the extractor seems "ok/normal", why not simply fill in the entire extractor recess, face everything flat/flush, and then recut it to support the cartridge rim fully? Or am I missing something here?

Where on the rim does the firing pin impact?

Rim hits top of case. I had thought about seeing if I could flip the extractor over( as it is symmetrical  I believe)and reccutting the recess without the radius.
Not a bad idea.
