Thanks Josh. 
Just need a bit more help. I know how to add people to the "ignore" list, but doesn't seem to be a way to remove them from my list.
I highlight the name, and then hit "save", but it's still there. Nothing to click on that says, "remove" from the list?

Apologies, i understand its not obvious, but if you double click on a name in the list, it should ask if you want to remove it. Click OK to remove, then click save on the profile page to save the changes.
