This is a double-barrel rolling block shotgun in 410. I think everyone has seen the single barrels but this is a new one for me. Maker is unknown.

Has the ELG Belgian proofmark. Never seen a double barreled .410 rolling block shotgun. Thanks for sharing as it is quite the beautiful shotgun. Frank
