I'll second that. I have one of Jerry's tools set up for a High Wall 25-20ss.
It's a beautiful piece of work and the function is great. You'll get more than enough leverage. Another plus is that Jerry is a great guy with whom to deal. You can't lose!!

Bill Barglof makes an excellent toggle-type seater for most SS rifles.  I have one he made me in June(?) for my CPA 32-20.
Price and production time are very reasonable.
