You can watch the shooting events on YouTube as well as anything else you would like to watch. But typically not in its entirety with some exceptions. Just go to 2020 Olympics click on it and then on Video's and scroll down to what it is you would like to watch.

It seems that the mainstream media regards Olympic Tiddlywinks as more newsworthy than any of the shooting events.  The International Olympic Committee is also somewhat embarrassed by the very existence of the shooting events and generally makes them as obscure and gives them as little emphasis and publicity as possible.
The Shooting Sports just don’t fit in with the modern politically correct view of what sports are all about.

Silver & bronze in a couple of the shotgun sports, as well. 
And, yes........... public media does a shit job covering the shooting sports in the USA. But, here is one nice exception:

Do a search for 2020 Olympic Shooting Sports on YouTube and you can basically watch the last couple of rounds to see who ends up winning.
