Kudos to Steve Baldwin

Two thumbs up to Steve Baldwin!  I recently purchased a Ballard Pacific and it had some issues.  The firing pin srike was lite and then after a few rounds the hammer would not stay cocked.  Vall kindly diagnosed what was possibly wrong and gave me a few leads on somebody to send the block and trigger group off to as I did not feel comfortable putting everything back together after I split the block.  Ballard Rifle had no parts so I called Steve Baldwin.  He said he was just about out of parts but probably could get me up and running.  I sent everything off and it arrived at his PO Box on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.  Too my surprise, Thursday I got everything back with an invoice and handwritten notes on my letter to what he was able to do.  Everything works now and I am looking forward to taking the Ballard to the range to finish fireforming brass in a week.  Now here is a man that doesn't know me at all doing a repair job like we were at the Indianapolis 500 and sending everything back with a bill.  Thanks Steve!  My belief that there are still a few good, honest men has been restored.  Thank you sir!  Tom   Smiley

That's just the way Steve is. One of the good guys. I once bought a sight from him when I was first getting into the bpcr game and he sent it to me saying, try it out, if you like it you can send me payment later.

I can't say enough good about Mr. Steve Baldwin. He makes a good product and his services are 2nd to none. Plus, he is a really good guy.

He does business the old fashion way.
