What was it the prices vary quite allot? You mentioned the cost of the shipping at 20.00 dollars but what about the price of the mould itself. Or I am missing something?

Miha has built up quite a reputation for building excellent molds, great machining, and multi cavity hollow point molds!!

John, it looks like the 4, 6, 8 cavity molds are $85 and maybe the 1 or 2 cavities are $65-$72.  It looks like when he is fully stocked you can search for Solid (=plain base), HP, HB, etc. and number of cavities and material (iron, brass, aluminum). I didn't read everything but I saw things like "copy of RCBS" so maybe you can make requests for a new mold or maybe it is like NEI and when enough folks request a certain mold he makes a run.

Went to the web site and seems like they are “SOLD OUT”.
I’d still go with Accurate Molds.
Mike.

I would also, unless I wanted a 4, 6, or 8 gang hollow point one;-) It's always nice to have options.

I have a couple of their molds, they are on size and round. I feel they are good molds.

Mihec has quite a following amongst the cast bullet enthusiasts on the Cast Boolit Forum.  I only have one of his moulds, a 3 cavity brass HP mould for my 32 pistol bullets, but I like it a whole lot.. Mihec uses a style of HP or HB pins that are “captive” to the mould but can also be changed out to get plain base or solid nose bullets as desired.  This is the fastest, most effective system I’ve ever used.

I tend to buy single cavity moulds for rifle bullets for consistency, and shoot them in the order cast.  From the precision modern moulds like Mihec, NOE, Accurate, etc, this may be unnecessary.  The first two listed take orders for group buys that the CB Forum lists, but they take a LOOOOONNG time usually.  Undecided
