Who has Ballard parts?

My Google-fu isn't working tonight.  I need an extractor for Marlin Ballard bitza in .28-30 that I'm putting together.  I hope somebody is making them.  While I can whittle one out I'd much rather not.

Thanks.

Phil

The Rifle Shoppe in OK likely has a casting if you don't mind a bit of filing & fitting. I've found their castings to be of high quality.

Thanks.  They list one.  Sent 'em an email, it being Sunday.

While we're on the subject of Ballard parts, anybody have a centerfire breech block that'll fit a 4 1/2 Perfection?

Again. The Rifle Shoppe will likely have both halves as castings.

Ballards may be weaker,
but they sure are neater!

#4 1/2 is the Mid-Range not Perfection. The #4 is the Perfection. 4 1/2 is a pistol grip action, and #4 is a straight grip. Both take the same breech block, as all Marlin Ballard breech blocks are the same external size/shape.
