webber seater fix

wondering if anyone can steer me to the right kind of rod material to replace the threaded shaft on the russ webber breach seater.  the one that is threaded on both ends with the plunger on one end, etc.   thanks

big thing I've found is don't drill to big of an adjustment hole in the rod. I use drill rod also.

My Weber Rod is threaded 10/32 threads per inch and if memory serves me right the rod is 3 / 16.
