I’m at a gun show and a guy has a stevens 22lr with a half octagon barrel that I’d like but what’s a decent price I’ve know ideal? It’s in good shape, most bluing is gone it’s a light grey now, screw heads aren’t buggered, good shape for its age,  He’s asking $375

My mistake, I thought you were talking about a barrel. To me that gun would not be worth that much unless it was in very good+ condition.

Not more than $200 if the bore is good and you really want it.

$375.00 is a typical gun show price for that weapon. I been going to shows for years and rarely find a reasonable price on any gun worth collecting.

It's just that it was so nice looking with all the engraving and the silver inlays and the Swiss butt on the European walnut - oh, and the Lyman STS;-)

Just adding meaningful information to your initial description "a stevens 22lr with a half octagon barrel" Wink
