Neck tension

I've been shooting Dave Bennett's 200 gr.321 bullets in my CPA breech loading with a plugged case. I also have 100 of his 190 gr .322 bullets that I cannot breech seat using the above method. I find that these bullets and be pushed by hand into the unsized cases and question is will the lack of neck tension affect accuracy?

The problem i had "finger seating " in the case is the engagement into the rifling varied.i didnt get good accuracy but you may,you have to try it.my buddy breech seats a big  bullet partially and the neck slides around the bullet base and shoots fine.

Been a while I did it with my 32-20 - and with BP, but yes, it will work.  I will add that I seated the bullet with a plugged case, and the case neck slides up around the bullet.
