This is my chrono results for Elaines 32/20, with a .308 barrel. The pressure will be less than a .317 barrel and the velocity will be a little less. The 180 gr bullet loads will also have less pressure but, it will have more velocity. It might give you a starting point, if not, it should give others that have a .308 barreled 32/20, some valuable info. All loads use original Smilley lube (similar to JSL), BSed in a 26" bbl. 160 gr bullet 3.5 gr, Titegroup, 985 fps, Wolf SP 3.8 gr, Titegroup, 1024 4.0 gr, Titegroup, 1057 5.5 gr, B'Dot, 956 fps, Wolf SP 5.7 gr, B'Dot, 976 6.0 gr, B'Dot, 1050 170 gr bullet 5.0 gr HS6, 969 fps, F205M 8.5 WC820, 1297 fps, Rem 7 1/2 180 gr bullets 8.0 gr Enforcer, 1448 fps, F205M 7.0 gr, WC 820, 1129, Rem 7 1/2 7.5, gr WC820, 1191 8.0 gr, WC820, 1205 8.5 gr, WC820, 1222 5.0 gr HS6, 959 fps, Wolf SP 5.5 gr HS6, 1021 6.0 gr HS6, 1081 10.2 gr, 296, 1407 fps F205M, ave 20 shot string, good load Switched to 9.5 gr #9, Didn't Chrono but, it shoots a little better.
