News to me....stopped in at Huntington's/RCBS in Oroville and asked.  Came out with this bag of 100, $110 with tax.  Yeah it's expensive but a lifetime supply.  Allegedly Starline made for that Santa Rosa outfit AIR.

Is there any chance they would make properly head-stamped 32-40 Ballard or 38-55 Ballard brass?
I assume you know that Winchester had nothing to do with either of those cartridges.

Mike did they happen to have more in stock or did you by chance get the last of what they had on hand and thanks for taking the time share it and the head stamp doesn't matter.

I did call this morning, was told they had bags of twenty at $26.98 per bag (they said the 32-40 cases were made by Starline for a company called Load-X; so I called Starline and was told the same). Anyhow, told them about your bag of 100 cases out the door for $110 and both the sales clerk and the manger I spoke with said they didn’t remember making any sells like that last week. By chance do you know the name of the person that helped you?

Ballards may be weaker,

Just returned from my trip.  Good deal, maybe the drought is over?  I should call Huntington for a refund🤣

They have the 32-40 Ballard head stamp?  B&M?

The last time I stopped at Huntington's in Oroville, all those expert guys were discussing recipes for vegetable soup.
