whitetail with a rolling block

I got my deer hunting done last tuesday evening fo another year. I am not a horn hunter, I hunt for meat. This year things were a little backward from the usual. I was looking for a small deer (90 to 100lbs.). I am very short of freezer space.
I finally got the evening chores done about 5:15P.M. ( it gets to dark to see to shoot here about 5:45P.M.). I put the 50-70 rolling block in the case, threw it in the back of the mule, and headed out to the blind. I got the mule through some small brush into the fence row to get it out of sight (very noisy). I climbed up the ladder and into the blind. I reached for the chair to set down and looked out of the blind window, there by the neighbors woods across the cornfield was a deer. I decideded that I better load the gun. By the time I got the gun loaded there were two more deer with the first. They were trotting across the field twards my blind. I waited until they were about 20 yds. from my blind and shot the first one in the head. When I got back to the house to pick up my wife to help me load the deer into th mule it was 5:32P.M. The deer weighed 110lbs. Now that is what I call quick and easy deer hunting.
