The FBW coil spring will not interchange with a Winchester coil spring.

Does the  OP's low wall have a coil spring or a flat spring?

I ask because I have a bunch of coil springs. They have a tendency to break
before one gets them installed. Tempering  one of the sharp bends tends to
help.

I sent a couple to Laurie to try but don't know if he ever installed one.

Like many things haven't tried one yet I hate to take them out and put them in gust for the fun of it and the Winchesters I use the most have flat springs. I need to put an action together for Wader4. Was going to use as flat spring action but as it is a loaner should use the coil spring to give it a try.

With all the political crap governing the import & export of gun parts, my view is that it would be far easier to find a good machinist in OZ who could make a proper coil spring.  It is just a matter of finding wire of the proper diameter that is "springy" enough to power the hammer.  Drawings are available.

A friend made a coil spring for me, but it had some "power" problems.  It would fire Federals & all the Eley stuff, but would not fire Lapua, Wolf or S-K.  My friend is a retired machinist and it took less than an hour for him to make the spring.

provided it is sent just as a ''spring'' there should not be a problem how many people would know what it was for ? damn few off the street would have a clue ........... especially here in oz

I can make a spring that won't work in less time than that! Grin
