When building a rifle in 32 Miller Short what is the preferred twist? And what is the bullet weight most are using for bench with the Miller?

Most twist rates for the MS, run between 14 and 11.5. 

What will deside the twist you need, will be the bullet that you want to shoot. 

Most use spitzers of 1.16 - 1.22 long for the 14 twist and up to 1.30 for the 11.5 - 12 twist.
