Which way does a front sight drive out of the slot? I have one that is loose and I want to tighten it by peening the bottom with a center punch.

Standard is to install from the right side.

Instead of using a center punch, try hammer down on the top edge, works better.

Right side as you look from which end? Seriously.
Holding the gun I assume.
Ive made the mistake several times and would like to not do so anymore.
