Jake Simmons made a similar "pope style" lube pump copied I assume from Dell's version. I have one of the last ones he made before he stopped making them. 

  Barry Darr also made some however as I recall his had a bronze head unit with a bench-clamp----I had one of those at one time as well.

I have a B Darr version, and it's a very accurate copy of the Pope. I think he worked off a casting that was an original Pope lube pump. Beautiful workmanship, as one would always expect from anything Barry Darr touched.

Joe Ruth made exact replicas of the Pope pump. If you look through Tom Rowe's new book you will see that there are many lube pumps all very similar seems every gunsmith made a version of Harwood's pump.
I have heard recently that in the next year or so access to castings for the Pope pump may become available.
Let me state for the record that this is still in the spitball stage and I will not reveal my sorce so that you all can pester him.

I have one of the Charlie Dell pumps, it is numbered 67, still works great!
