If you do not get enough folks for the longer bullet group buy, I would be happy to substitute this one in .376 single cavity aluminum.

Hi Frank,

What would be the slowest twist this one would stabilize in ?

I have a little Sharps with re barrel @ 1:20.

I know, they are usually 1:18, but this one measures at 1:20.

It's close on the .375 groove but, should be good on the .380.

A SG of 1.5 is stable and 1.4 is the lower end of stability. The first one is the .380 groove.

If it works at 20" it will stabilize at 18"..
Please put me down for a single cavity aluminum at .381 diameter.

Thanks,
Joe

If it's okay, I'll dig this one out of the mysteriously disappeared pile just in case there's enough interest to give it a go over at NOE.

Craig, it's all yours Smiley

I don't have a 38 rifle in any twist so, I can't be of much help.

Hi Frank, if we don't get enough for the longer bullet,

I will jump in for.... 2 x Brass double cavity in .381.

Thanks. Ian.
