Simmons Re&De primer pocket bits

I've got an 80s era Simmons Re&De that does not have the primer pocket cleaning bits.  Is that an off-the-shelf item?  I'm guessing that the previous owner removed them due to the fact that it can gouge your hand under some conditions.
