Another bullet for breech seating

Rummaging around in the back of a drawer and found a mold and some bullets cast from it. Seem to remember picking up sometime in the past from a stack of used molds somewhere. Guess I cast a few bullets with it and put it away and forgot about it. It is an NEI marked 321190. It doesn't appear in the current catalog so may have been someone's special order. Kind of an odd nose on it. Measured it and got the following results: length 1.192, nose ahead of the first band .314, 1st band .315, 2nd band .316, 3rd band .317, 4th band .318, and base band .321. On the slim side for my .32-40 but might work in the 8.15x46. Just what I need, something else to try.

Oneatatime the nose appears to be a 6 Diameter Ogive not real typical most are 5 or less. I had one just like it at 216grs., Cylindrical with a .321 base and it shot extremely well in my 15 twist with a .320 groove diameter. It was a custom mould that a dear friend made for me back around 2000 and I won a tremendous amount of honors with it in CBA and ISSA compeition, it was a real winner. Mine liked a 1474avg. velocity and I would highly recommend that you spend some time with it if it fits your barrel.
