Rear sight suggestions?

I'm curious about currently manufactured rear sights that mount on a scope base dovetail. The only types I know of are new-style high tech sort of stuff that would look out of place on an old gun.

Does anyone have any favorites?

Many shooters used adapters that fit on Unertl scope bases. Might be able to get them from CPA.
