Just rip a long enough stip off one of those cheap silver mylar emergency blankets and tie it on blindfold style. You can see through the material, and remember - shiny side out.

Canadians like to shoot at us, US.  When we shot LR at Chliwack, we had to shoot south at ourselves ;-(
