N120 and N130 is NOT working well at low pressures... bullets stuck in the barrels are reported on other boards.
Sounds like SEE warning for those powders?
N110 is recomended for reduced loads in several official load data.

Just my thoughts...

Now that you mention it, 5744 was made in Czech Republic to begin with.   My older bottles of XMP5744 are so labelled.  (Also have a price sticker of $17.95.  Those were the days!)

I use 22 gn N110 in a 45/70 on a 405gn lead bullet in the  sharps borchardt
also tested N340 same bullet 17 gn shot 10 cm lower as the N110 load at 100 m on target silhouette
the werder M 1869 was loaded with same N110 load with 385 gn .458 lead bullet sized down to .454
in the comblain's "garde civique "1882 and 1870 I use 26gn N110 on a 310gn GC .458 bullet or a 405 gn bullet
all these loads gave a smooth recoil a easy  case   extraction  (the less resizing the better )
greetings from jarmann
