What model Martini?

Have this small frame Martini by BSA but I don't recall having ever seen one with the rear sight mounted this way. Anybody know what model?

That's a model 15 receiver - but the forend doesn't seem to be the correct one for the model...

It looks like it might have started life as the "Centurian" version of the Model 15 (different stock/lever and better barrel with a flat, matted top surface. I recall these were guaranteed to shoot 10 shots into 1.5" at 100yards.

I got the gun with this forend and another home made long forend which unlike the one shown in the Centurion pictures. I guess the sad part is that it had been converted to .22 Hornet, so not very original, but it shoots great.
