	Or you could put a whole loading block full of cases under there and charge them all at once Chris.

	I got one of those #5's. Just need to find that spare chunk of horn and start whittlin' out that fancy accesssory drop tube.

	It's better than you guys give it credit. It has the micrometer adjustment, the lid & clamping screw are there, & I bet the horn is just a slip fit over the brass drop tube. The black finish is pretty good also. Price is a bit high, but none of us are going to miss a meal over a $200 measure! As my wife tells me, if you really want it, BUY IT! Not my measure, BTW. 	FWIW, I like to use the Ideal #5 Micrometer measure because that chamber profile drops the most consistent charges of IMR 4759 for my 32-40 high wall. For many this point becomes moot since that powder has now been discontinued, but I've still got about 10-15 #s of it, and at 13.6 gr/chge it goes a long way. I guess ledball is getting a good laugh now that 4759 is being phased out, but this will be about the time he discovers a good use for it... he and Charlie Dell got me using H-108 and now it has become like the Holy Grail, so he had to switch powders again too. It's called Karma. Froggie

	I have one Middlefield, and one Gladstone Ideal #5. I use them often, and they throw charges as good as my modern powder measures.

	I have a few of each. one of the #5 micrometer measures I use to throw IMR 4227 for my quarter bore. My favorite old powder measure. Mine don't have the fancy inverted horn thingy. Was it used for loading a blunderbuss? Joe.

I do have an old horn here, and contemplating updating one of my #5's to make it work better!

	If it works, let me know- I can get lots of horns around here when they crop 'em. We'll make a killing marketing them in versions for Lee, Dillon and RCBS measures! Probably have to cut Joe in, since he started this with that "find".
