Whats the best method to make a extractor cut ?

Whats the best method to make a extractor cut in a freshly breached and headspaced Borchardt barrel ?  I mean to match the receiver cutouts.

Sure looks like a job for a job for a Woodruff cutter, which are available from any machine tool supplier.

It looks like the 1st cut was parallel to the threads, from the breech face forward. That would give a clean surface for layout marks.
Then a Woodruff cutter is used for the Center Line side cut. Anyone happen to have the "Radiuses" ?  or Radii
