no. 1 Winchester replacement barrel

Is anyone producing a No. 1 Winchester barrel for replacing an original 22 rimfire No. 1, 24 inch?  Green Mountain has No. 2 profile but not a No. 1.  I did a search and nothing comes up.  I won't go to a custom barrel maker as the wait is long and usually expensive.  If I can't find one I will just work with the one I have.  It will take a lot of work to get it looking good as the edges of the flats have much damage but the gun is good.

Have you called CPA?  They have blanks in stock from Douglas and perhaps other makers, and will profile them to your specs.

Their prices are reasonable and their timing is usually good.

Do much draw/flat filing on a #1 and it will soon be a #0.5.

Otherwise, consider lining the original barrel if it is not
too "bad" on the exterior
Worked well on my lo wall 22 and on my Stevens tipup.

I'm not positive on this, but I think if you look at Green Mountain Lever Action Barrels/Octagon barrels you will see a blank close to a No.1.
