Mould choice for 32-40Douglas Barrel

What presently available mould would work with a .319 groove Douglas barrel. I have Hoch and Borton moulds I have used with Shilen barrels but with .323 base bands seem to big for the barrel on this new,to me, Miller rifle with out a tapered throat . I will be using it in benchrest matches.

I have no experience in .32 caliber rifles without a tapered throat.  That said, you might try a .321 sizing die on your existing bullets.

Dales what bullet design are you specifically looking for? I might have a 5 groove FN bullet that will fit your .319 groove dia. needs. But I don't want to see it get shelved if a spitzer is more desirable and actually what you are looking for? I would like to see this one go to someone who is looking for a good FN bullet that is aware of it's competitive worth and who's goal would be to get out and win matches with it.

For me bullet shape is secondary to grouping. I have pointed and flat nose bullets that I have used in the past but are just to big .

Dales if you would could you please send me a PM with your e-mail address so I can send you a picture of the bullet and describe it in depth to see if you think it will work for you. I also want to cast a few bullets in the morning to re-mic to make sure it is what I recall it being.
