Repair of Lyman 103 Tang Sight?

Is there anyone out there who can confidently disassemble and repair Lyman tang sights?  I have a couple of 103's that need help.  Many thanks.

All of my single shots shoot one tiny ragged hole with cast bullets ... it's just the following shots that tend to open up my groups Wink ...
