That rifle has really good wood for a BSA target rifle. The best I have ever seen.

Looks like a custom rifle a shooter wanted build with some very high quality wood! Do you have the prong buttplate for the stock also?

Disassembly knob for the breechblock. Normally blued, but looks like someone made a replacement.

It is my understanding that Martini went to an "aluminium" knob with the Mk V.  I have a Mk IV ISU purchased from the original owner with the aluminum knob, so who knows...

I would love to trade wood, like the man said, it is best looking wood I have every seen on a martini. Here is a shot of what most wood looks like, I did some work on this one. Good shooting.   Bonner

THE Knob: actually it is the the" Martini Magic Adjustment Knob" inspired by the Italian Swiss Colony Wine Co. of California! Remember the history of the  Martini"s, bred in the USA,sent to Europe, raised by the Brits for military duty, educated by the Swiss in Schuetzen culture; finally the Martin Magic Adjustment Knob was developed to counter the effects of BEER & WINE during the shoots, making the front sight MORE steady  Cheesy. The gospel truth:just ask Cooksey Roll Eyes 57thahc  Cool Cool may be moved to HUMOR

Turned in my M60 for a Martini!
